The Mace CAM38C Super High Sensitive Day/Night Color Camera is a highly sensitive, professional-grade solution for most any remote monitoring needs. Designed to be used indoors, the Mace CAM38C has a highly sensitive image sensor, making it an ideal solution for security surveillance, or any other situation requiring 24-hour monitoring.
This camera utilizes a 0.33-inch color CCD (charge-coupled device) image sensor, with 510-by-492 effective pixels via the NTSC signal system. The Mace CAM38C has a good resolution of 350 horizontal TVL (TV lines), and achieves a S/N (signal-to-noise) ratio of 48 dB or better. This unit is extremely good in low-light, with a minimum illumination of 0.3 Lux in color. This unit uses a standard composite video output, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -10 to 45 degrees Celsius. The CAM38C comes complete with features such as AGC (automatic gain control), an auto-iris amplifier, and a built-in automatic electronic shutter with speeds ranging from 1/50 to 1/100,000 of a second.
